Another quality video. A really nice home but I do not think it is worth the 14.2 million. There is a lot of space that they left open (ran out of money?). And for that price I would have expected privacy and other people can look in from the surrounding houses. The house is directly on the street. Solarium is also just empty. A pivot front door looks really cool but the first couple of years, when the house still settles, it needs to be adjusted every half year or so because otherwise it will not open anymore after a while (heard that on Arvin Haddad's KZfaq channel). I would have expected the house to be a max 6-7 million. The view is amazing and the house is nice though. Btw. I am also a big fan of Two And A Half Men. Love your channel

this is the typical house that looks great on a video but is actually unlivable.

If I was born in Spain and I was a young millionaire, I would 100% buy this, just bring friends and family over all day, or I could also use it as a place to launch a tech start-up. Very large, with multiple options, it has everything you need.

Once again all about the outside area, outdoor shower, water feature and some private areas. However I did notice no pendent lamps next to the beds (nice choice).
