Well, when her sister is saying "I don't want to be in your company." then it doesn't makes sense to call her recently. Respecting borders.

I understand how THE WORK ...works LOL from this interview. The guilt I have had for years...which actually comes from what someone else did....influenced EVERYTHING in my life for years. It still creeps in now. This will be a game changer for me!!! Thank you Katie

Yeah. I feel that too. Katie mentions that sometimes a wound is too raw to do the work...that if someone was just raped she wouldn't go 'oh! Is it true?' rather she would sit there with that person and be with them and not try to make them do any work on themselves at that time.

It takes that long to get into a treatment in the UK it's a joke. 6 weeks to get on a script, that's terrible. A drug addict has got to keep stealing for 6 weeks and risk overdose and dying for 6 weeks. Addicts are just ordinary people who want a second chance. Most of them just set off with a simple prescription from the doctor that went wrong and got out of control. I have become addicted to my pain meds (Oxycodone) and need to go onto methadone to come off them. My doctor told me that she would just cut me off from them if I had any more problems with them so I would have to swap to heroin while I wait for treatment from Unity. Why swap? Heroin is cheaper than oxy to buy off the streets. Yes I would have to buy street drugs while I wait to get onto a script. For the people that say a doctor in the U.K cannot do that the answer is yes they can.

Remaining sober forever, does it genuinely seem like something you want? Maybe it's what specific people need, nevertheless pay attention, there's a one-hour technique in Steffon Barkload's site that clarifies the key to either give up completely or drink moderately, in a healthy manner without needing to give it up for good.

Have been at this only for a month and find it fascinating. Had my first facilitation over the phone a few weeks ago...lots of crying and laughing...and difficult. Very difficult; nothing in life worth having is easy and this untethered journey through life is so bizarre...it's like letting go of every safety rope to realize one can stand on air...yet it feels like walking on the edge of a knife because fear and loathing is so powerful and tricky. So grateful for people who work at this...lol 'The Work' - it's so simple and called that for a reason. Grateful for the workers working on the work. 😁🍀💗👏

Bless him you can feel the genuine enthusiasm in his voice. I was actually watching this to see what you had to say about honesty and it came in at 4:55 I believe/feel/think/know that without inner honesty you cant ever survive your addictions and pattern of behaviour. I speak not of myself but of a person I know who has lived with the biggest ever lie. Hes just started on RAMP, id never heard of it until I found this today. I know this person wont ever change because he is STILL in denial of WHY hes addicted and keeps running away. Honesty in yourself is key and acceptance of what you have done in your life that has badly affected others is vital before you can make changes for yourself. could I speak with someone?

This is old now. I sincerely hope he's still dry. I hardly touch the stuff now. I was at the crest of that slippery slope myself, when my marriage collapsed, but luckily had a scare event that made me see sense. I did like what he said about not replacing alcoholism with recoveryism.

Byron Katie is really beautiful! 💙💙 With my spiritual awakening I've also really enjoyed watching quite a lot of Master Sri Avinash recently. #SriAvinashDoTV 💚 I find Sri Avinash's Satsang talks have helped me to become so much more compassionate.
