I hate this machine. The loose handles really messes up your wrists. The majority of technogym machines are garbage in my humble opinion. Had them on a cruise gym once and they were the most uncomfortable machines I have ever used.

This machine easily gives me the best mind muscle connection for chest. Takes the triceps like completely out, just have to be careful with front delts kicking in depending on seat height

Obviously - leg curls. Kick is complex exercise, while curl isolates one muscle

So i tried this machine at my gym for the first time today and since i had no idea what i was doing, i put my legs on top of both pads. I was struggling for a good 5 minutes making myself look like an idiot 😂

Horrible machine... The old version was waay better.. A lot of the new Technogym machines are worse than the older ones.. I'm 6 foot and can grab the lat pulldown handles without lowering them with my legs wtf cant even stretch my lats..
