The movie was disappointing after knowing the true facts. Ì was hoping it would be more truth based I salute you sir in the true story

This accident was 100% totally his fault. He was warned by several flight instructors and pilots who had a lot more experience than him not to fly that night. But he was not used to being told no as he lived a very privileged life. If we want to pity anyone, we should pity those two women that died with him who must have known that their death was imminent. This was absolutely preventable. But his ego was larger than his skill as a pilot. He could have hugged the shoreline which was very visible and lit up, but he rather chose to go on his own out over a black dark sea which ended up blending with a black dark sky and I can only imagine what those girls were feeling. Surrounded by darkness and knowing the sea was so close underneath you. Rest in peace to these two sisters. Rest in peace to John f. Kennedy as well. But this was so avoidable it's ridiculous.

This guy rules. The posters of clint eastwood and rambo in the background just really hammer home his character. If there's anyone I would trust in this situation, it's this kind of fella.

Mistakes were made. He refused help from a pilot. Both were late, John & Carolyn. If John had smarter he should of flown the next day. It was too dark to see clearly. So sad careless mistakes were made. A shame. They had 2 & one half years together. No children. Rip to all 🎉❤😢. Their deaths broke my heart.💔🕊🙏

If the tower spoke with clarity like the lady there would be less accidents I'm sure. They are barely legible, sadly and come across garbled. It's like talking a foreign language in high speed that only a local would understand. If you want people to hear and understand what you say you slow speech not rev it up ,especially to someone with no flight experience. The pilot did so well and landed safely thankfully.

Not sure how anything said prior about this accident was debunked in this video. Seems like the NTSB report got the facts right. Fatigue and inexperience were probably key factors leading to the accident.

I've just finished a book on the lives of John jr and his wife and was so saddened by the crash. I watched a few reports on what 'really' happened and your take on that last flight was done so professionally and honest. Much more so than the other reenactments I've watched. Thank you for your putting together your take of that tragedy without pointing fingers ...

I just don’t see it same. Conflict with Green Bay they tell her to fix that? The gas at arrival is maybe zero & they circle her like 8 - 9 times. I think the pilot in the air was way late getting up there & his instructions were terrible. I have heard lots of instructional landings for health issues & I didn’t get a headache and it just wasn’t that rough & complicated. Lucky she was sharp as a tack, stable, god bless her, sorry for her loss.❤🙏🏼 Happy ending.😊
