You need to put some light oil on the blades now and again particularly on the teeth to help the blades.

Hello, thanks for this video.. quick question though, once we put the silicone on the bar, do we let it dry before putting the PC panel? or is it meant to weld both pieces together?

very good video. I have put ours up aswell. However it leaks between that both the polycarbon pieces where that middle piece goes in. im just wondering i put the wider side on top and narrower side at the bottom. When looking at the instructions it says bigger side should be at the bottom. Any help or advice would be great! thanks

Can it be used without the middle section? Can the battery end be connected directly to the cutter end. I have the HB3.0 which cuts brilliantly but is a bit heavy and I wish they had a shorter version.
@MRCarybuck
@MRCarybuck Жыл бұрын
Hi Sillywinge7985 The short answer is no, I did try this when I first bought the device but the design of the trimmer will not work if you remove the middle section, its a shame becouse it would have been a great design feature to shorten the trimmer to allow better close trimming angles, regarding the the weight I dont find this an issues with this model of GTECH as it is thier lightest trimmer in the range but I know this might not be the case for everyone, Thanks for watching my video hope you enjoyed it thanks,

Charging time and battery life are the Achilles heels for this device.
@MRCarybuck
@MRCarybuck Жыл бұрын
Hi it depends on how much you are using it, for me i have a medium garden and only use the trimmers maybe once a month sometimes longer so should get years out of the battery as for charging its all in the planning, hope you enjoyed the video thanks for watching,

Which Magazine Conclusion. “Worth a look for lighter tasks This cordless pole hedge trimmer has some great design features, and does a good job of cutting privet and laurel hedges, but it struggles slightly on thicker stems and branches. It's easy to reach the top of hedges, and easy to manoeuvre thanks to its lightweight design and adjustable head. However, it's let down by poor battery life.” For the majority of the rest, weight is their problem. LHT 50 Which tested Oct ‘23 lasted 30 mins, but a 4 hour charge time.

Hi Xeric thanks for your comment, I have no complaints regarding this gazebo with the polycarbonate roof I've had this one now for two years and it defiantly not flimsy it a good strong construction roof when erected correctly, its put up with all types of the British weather over the past two years, of course if you have the budget for the full metal roof then this would be a good option too thanks,

Hi yes it lets in loads of light the roof is polycarbonate so allows the light to come through, you can buy ones that have a solid metal roof so guessing that type would be quite dark,

Hi! I wanted to ask if you had any concerns regarding the weight of the gazebo on your wood deck? We have composite decking and wanted to get a hard top gazebo as well but were concerned about the weight of it on the deck. Should we screw the support on to the deck or should we use a weight for the legs instead? Thank you!

@MRCarybuck 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Derek yes you can do this as you install the Gazebo its probably better I would advice you to watch the video again so that you do it right first time as siliconing can be a bit tricky, as for fixing it down yes defiantly I have my on decking so it was very easy to fix it, for your Indian sandstone you could use a anti rust 5 x 50 Screw with raw plug that should do the trick for fixing, good look with installing your Gazebo.

Hi James If you are putting the Gazebo on decking then it will depend on the thickness of your decking board mine are 28mm thick so I have used a anti rust or decking screw 5 x 30 wood screw to anchor each of the legs to the decking, Thanks for watching and I hope this helps you out.
