Yeah this one is a full 3D action game, though the midquel, Mirror of Fate, tries to be more like a Metroidvania. The 2nd Lords of Shadow I just saw a bit but I never went too into it.

That's awesome! I remember not being able to craft that on my first time bc I missed the chance to steal from Death (and for some reason I didn't try the Boss Rush mode). Fixed that a couple years later. Now, I've yet to finish the game on the Crazy Mode though, the legion boss filtered me so hard back in the day lol

Sadly no, I tested a bit before recording but didn't progress that much (stopped after the Mad Alchemist). Personally I didn't see much change except for how Mage armor felt lesa squishy. That'd be my next playthrough though.

Hey, I just checked the mod page and yes, you download the mod in the .rar file format. You can extract the files in it with Winrar, 7zip or similar softwares. Now, for the installation, check the readme.txt inside of it but it's basically this: After extracting the files, copy (or drag & drop) all folders (dialog, loot, monsters) from mod onto game directory (where the .exe is), allow to overwrite. PS: Make a backup of those same files from the base game before overwriting if you ever want to revert to vanilla later.

If you mean the door shown in this video (the one that leads to the Chaos realm or something), you need to do the following: - Fight and defeat the boss Paranoia so you can get the ability to enter mirrors. - Use the Paranoia soul ability in the mirror during the Darius fight, so you can fight the demon in the mirror, Aguni. - Go to the center of the castle, where the sacrifice ritual will take place, but enter while having the "Ring of Vlad" ring equipped, so Juste doesn't lose his mind. - With this done, the black energy on the far right of the map will be gone and you'll descend it until you find the portal (or you can go on the door just after you fought Zephyr too, both work).

Yeah, it's heavily inspired by Metroid haha And as far as I know Axiom Verge is available for Switch, PS4, XB1 and PC, along with previous gen consoles like Wii U and PS Vita. It's weird how this isn't on mobile yet though, the game isn't even big file wise.

Hello! Honestly I was thinking on doing the same, as I recently got a Vita, but I don't know if the mod works for that version. One thing I did notice is how the mod made all early shields with 100% physical absorption, where in the original you still get damage for defending until later on.

Even better, I got the spreadsheet of the equipment changes! So you can go to the shield section for example, and compare if the stats match with the sheet. You can't normally start with the gun because you only find it late in the game, so that's why I picked the "New Game +" option, that allows me to bring my equipment from a previous (clear) playthrough.
