Good Morning / Evening , First off I'd like to commend you on making this tutorial on the differences between the Indian Challenger and the New 2024 HD Road Glide . Ok so I've owned 5 HD Street Glides and 5 Big Dogs , so i might have an opinion about a few things. I currently ride a 2016 SG with 20,000 +/- . I love it because I changed out the stereo to and after market ) and the bikes STARTS Every time ! ( Haaaaaa) Can't say that for the 2024 Street Glides or the Road Glides . I went to ride one, one day and it wouldn't start and needed to be flashed not once but 5 times not to mention It broke down on me . UGH ! Every thing that you've spoke about is about spot on with Harley . So for this year they ( Harley) will not be getting any of my pension . Now to the Indian .. love it . Not a fan of it' gremlins either .. the battery going dead , and those mirrors and the God awful prices for their parts ! BUT the Challenger is a by Far Superior bike than Harley . I will get a Challenger in the near future.. I'd like to see some better paint from them but time will tell . ANYWAYS Thank you for doing these videos . Your doing a Great Job and you connect with us out here and speak our lingo ! ~ Bill

Great bike and I can see you love it. I am suprised you would spend so much on paint given that Indian do a white anyways. If I were gonna drop 6 grand on a paint job it would be something that no one else has. Still, to each his own. I am glad you really enjoy it and it looks fantastic. I always let the shop do that first 500 mile service on an indian as the vibrations from a big V twin could loosen something critical. But on my Goldwing I do all the maintanace rather than have some kid they made a mechanic at 17 and who doesn't care work on my bike.
@jdubb6713 күн бұрын
I do luv the paint and the bike, unfortunately they didn't do white after 21 and the new white they have is only on the limiteds and I wanted a dark horse. And while the paint was expensive I didn't spend 6 grand on it that what it would have cost had someone walked in and had it done. I don't mind maintenance myself but for the sake of a warranty just have them do it so if something happens it's on them. All in all appreciate the comment and thanks for watching!

Just bought a new Road Glide and am very satisfied. The new dash is amazing, and never liked a shark nose until now. The Indian is a great motorcycle also! It was a tough choice. I got better service from sales people at Harley, the local Indian dealer is a BMW dealership. Hence they are arrogant dicks who don’t even like Indian. As far as power, brakes, handling, there both overweight pigs, have my Hyabusa for that.

The Harley is a very good machine. It’s a hard decision for anyone buying now. Harley is stepping it up, Indian needs to as well.

Listen man this is been the same exact comparison that's been done a thousand times even with the small changes. Listen there is NO COMPARING THE BIKES! Its literally Apples to Oranges...black to white..I won't go into details but here is the bottom line..If you want a better MOTORCYCLE get an INDIAN....if you want better support and to be part of a lifestyle then get the Harley. Lets see..Better bike or more t-shirts to choose from...INDIAN CHALLENGER ALL DAY !

Very informative! One quick note, you kept saying “Brem-Bro” brakes instead of “Brem-Bo” brakes. This is a me problem, didn’t take away from the excellent info, but my ADHD made me type this. Downvote me, I deserve it. Thanks for all the time and effort to do this review!

Brembo brakes have different designs, it's not just the brand that matters. Standard HD branded Brembo brakes are not the same as the Challenger and new CVO's radial mounted Brembo brakes. Much different than the standard HD, and other Indian models. Night and day / modern vs outdated.

This guy does what every HD or Indian owner does. They spend 30K+ for the miserable bike. Then they dump another 8K into the bike to try and make theirs different. Then if they try to sell the bike, they take a huge hit. I know. I owned 2 HD and lost big-time money on upgrades trading in or outright selling. I got sick and tired of HD and their proprietary crap. You must have a Sena HD headset to use the WHIM. Could you give me a break? Sena sounds like shit. This particular bike rates 122HP. My BMW K1600B will smoke this Indian, which is stock rated at 160HP. I paid a lot less for German engineering. I stopped riding HD after 40 years.
