The same technology can presumably be used for axial flux alternators in wind turbines and the like. I think this is a great leap forward in motor and alternator development.

Any figures with this you can talk all you want but if it ain't moving anything how do we know it works. Sorry for being negative but the reality is there's a reality and we need these to work so where are they and what are they in now. Maybe I've just been living under a rock and haven't seen anything with these motors in it? Keep striving tho if there's something there!

Honestly NO, plus they usually dont respond to your query and if by mistake they do then their monopoly in pricing is ridiculous, have to order minimum units that you'll get after 6 months. Have to find an alternative for this to break their monopoly

@@Aum-003 hell we can just build our own in Eagle you just build it how you want it, send it to pcbway and they print it for you, ive been teaching myself lately its not hard

would be nice to add solar cells and light in motor then can go with liquid magnet, microfluid, liquid superconductors and liquid nitrogen to make antigravity motors

All the videos show copper traces on the top and bottom with nothing in-between. I assume you have thick copper layers for every one to allow for much greater current. Even so, how do the PCB layers compare to wound coils in magnetic flux by volume?

past 9 layers on a multilayer PCB and the prices starts going up VERY VERY fast. Cost aside to do something practical, you have the problem of the limitations in non-conductive layer thickness of pcb fabrication. You need to get the PCB inductors much closer together to gain enough inductance for large amounts of torque. The only way to achieve this is with 3d inkjet printers, which are currently prohibitive expensive. They start at something like $80,000 USD and go up from there. Of course you can go down to about 160nm layer line width and maybe 50nm thick. The company i'm working for , MakerMade CNC is going to begin design on an affordable inkjet printer (Sub $3,000 USD) to get the tools in the hands of innovators that want to take this tech to the next level.

A wonderful basis for a very low powered wind turbine - maybe powering some LED lighting... Stator overheating in any other application seems the obvious concern to me. Good start!

does the power depend on the structural density of the printed circuit board? That is, weak?

Axial flux air core motors, an electrical steel core motor seems more efficient. what about the power envelope? Is that a halbach array? Are you using bearings on those motors?

Why can't mumetel cores be inserted into the PCB to greatly increase the magnetic density over these air core designs?

Mumetal saturates very quickly, electrical steel not so much. Aside from this, yeah, mumetal let's you modulate the field very easily. It would be better than no core.

И сколько меди от общего веса. Короче хрень вы придумали, магниты способны до 1.5тл выдавать, а эти смешные катушечки вообще ничтожно мало. Если даже накачивать током, перегреется и сгорит. Но я знаю решение
