The bike is already too expensive in Bangalore, got mine in my state for 4.7 only. Also financing is too much of a headache, paying full amount is always better

I agree. It is quite expensive in Bangalore - the most road tax. Which state you got it for 4.7lakhs? Sounds like a bargain.

@@intellimonk I got mine in Odhisa, the on road price quoted by dealer was 4.76, did the insurance from my side and saved almost 5k and got the bike on road at 4.71m we only have 6% road tax in the state.

How stable is it during high speeds and offroading?

Hi Abhijit - its quite stable - in one of my shorts about wind blast - you can see I am cruising at 110-115kmph with 1 hand and the bike was solid on the road. For offroading - it does pretty well on the light off-roading but I don't suggest it for heavy offroading. As it doesn't have switchable abs and front suspension travel is also standard 120mm. And also the bike has suspension setup on a more stiff side - that makes it great for touring.

I had the conversation with the IDFC Aprilia guy 2 weeks back and it was hilarious, he claimed 6.5 % of interest rate and finally when i multiplied the EMI ammount to no of installment it came as 10.76% i tried to ask for the breakdown of the charges and he almost started crying. Please Note : (Onroad price 5.25L - DP 2.25L = loan amount 3,00,000) + interest for 1 year @6.5% + Processing charge @ 2% + commission 3,00,000 + 19500 + 6000 + 6780 = 332280 / 12 month = 27690 Per Month

Honestly that test ride route is terrible, they should give a longer ride with some kind of straight stretch. And a suggestion for the video, the music when you were talking with the sales guy was quite loud and made the conversation difficult to understand. Btw how was that colour in real life?

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with the test ride wasn’t that good. But it did help with understanding the handling in traffic. The color looks pretty specially in the sun. Hey Sachin - I am not in favor to do so right at the start. It also ends your warranty. I would suggest to first ride and understand your motorcycle properly and then if you feel you need more, either upgrade or go for fuelx pro.

The man in the car was on a phone, he gave the indication last minute where diversion ends. Also, on camera it looks like nothing but when you are in the situation you don’t want to rear-end someone for irresponsible lane change. You’re ignorant and probably a chapri soooo…you think ahead.

Hi Sachin - I haven't faced any problem regarding front suspension as of now. It is only when you're trying to go really hard like I've shown in the video, then it becomes an issue. Light offroading and touring k liye ye suspension setup best hai. For the stiff suspension - they're setup that way because on higher speeds your softer suspension will create oscillations on minor road undulations. to and fro motion on vertical axis. so the ride will be more bumpy. Yes you will feel the stiffness in the city so thoda bum upar kar lena and you'll be golden! 😃 hope it helps! :)

Hi Mayank - I was riding alone with 35kgs of load with me - at those speeds I got around 35-26kmph. I have explained it in my video here - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ramXp8ll28ivp3U.html Also - if you plan for the cruising speeds with pillion - I would suggest to go for Himalayan 452 or Honda NX 500 if budget allows. At those speeds with pillion Vstrom will strain because of power to weight ratio.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I don't mind it struggling a little bit because touring with pillion will be 4-5 times a year and not always highways. Small trips 200-300 kms. My budget is not more than 2.5-2.6l on road.

Hey Karthickeyan - thank you brother! There are 2 versions of this bag - 40L & 55L. I think both will have enough room for you to hold clothes for upto 10 days easy along with other stuff. Like I have 55L bag - while going home - I was carrying a blazer, 1 laptop, 1 hoodie, 1 warm jacket, along with 8 pair of clothes. It’s quite big and more than enough for all your needs. Nice video. few questions. what about pillion comfort? Can it tour with pillion and luggage? And have you ever faced left hand side pulling in your bike? And after sales service?

hey brother - thank you for your questions. 1. Pillion comfort is quite good as the seat is large and cushioned. 2. I haven't done it but I've seen videos of people touring with pillion and luggage. 3. Yes i did face it but only when I left both the hands. Never while using both or single hand either sides. 4. I have received excellent service and well mannered staff at least in Bangalore. Definitely no issues in that area. Also, paid service is really cheap. My last one was paid - approx 2300/- INR.
