Misleading title. The crank arm is not wobbling - it is the AXLE that is wobbling. If the crank arm is wobbing it is the liaison between the crank arm and the axle which is loose and we do not see that here.

Crank down that cog with a chain whip before you put the lockring on. Otherwise when you pedal, the cog will tighten and the lockring will be loose.

For squeaky brakes you have to wipe the pads w rubbing alcohol to clean them off. Wipe the rim as well. A light sanding o the pads is another step to try. The squeaking is caused by contamination.
