I'm having a wiper blade fault. I noticed on the mechanical station the top gear looks looks and has a Phillip head screw on it. I notice when I turn the gear the wiper blade moves some but not as much as the gear is turning. Makes me think it's loose. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do the rollers need this as well the lube as im getting smudges and it worked slightly and making them smaller when i upd the heat i heard i can also be due to pinched rollers but i dont see or hear that problem so im thinking it could be that it needs grease if this is the case can i use white lithium. For that as well

Good idea but we had one at the shop and customers hate that quarter inch gap. Would be better as an eighth of an inch. Instead practice and train your hand. Use a squeegee to avoid cutting the rubber seals. For the floating glass w frosted edges just hold your blade in an angle to shave the rough perf off and use 3M edge sealer.

Ordered mine last night. Got by without one for years now but honestly this is the best knife on the market and saves time and vinyl. No need to lay separate panels anymore! Very excited for my next 2 full wraps this month.

can you wrap and cut a section when there isnt some sort of gap. for a strange example you wanted the wrap to finish halfway along the door so it doesn't finish at the edge of the thing your wraping

I bought vinyl to do a camera lens, but the techniques you showed will help me out, especially holding the flat of the blade to the surface with the cutting part pointed away from the part being used as a guide. Also, I'd never thought of the empty-empty, open-open, etc., but that helps plan a project a lot.

Seen this done with a regular indoor wallpaper steamer this smaller type is ideal for tiny details area
