@@mahdi3181 yes, remember to change out all the connections according, and have the required spare o rings on hand, you can choose to use a one wire hose which has max use rating of 4000 psi

EXCELLENT! I only have a 4GPM machine for personal use but I am nutty and must keep everything CLEAN!! I am looking for a surface cleaner and want a good one. i am going to exclude BE now. I think it will be between Whisper and Mosmatic. I see some have whelles some run without. What do you pro's think about wheels or no wheels?

@@GriffsServices Yes, I have one. I change the O-rings in the quick connect all the time. But when I reached into the check valves I didn’t feel any. Maybe they got worn away. I’ll open them up again. I’ll put new check valves in and seals. Thanks.

@@Johnnyreengo strange, same pumps? If you don't want to mess with the troubleshooting, put the individual unloaders on quick connects and unhook (or switch if you made a tee outlet of each pump with block valves) then run both through a third unloader... Just a work around

Yes, most users do..and have done so for a long time.. That being said does not make it 100% correct by engineering safety standards. Most utilized this valve based on the premise that a rated safe working psi of 3000 is far less than that which the valve will fail, catastrophic failure psi is usually at least 3 higher psi...so on that premise most used this valve with up to 3500 PSI. Also at the time when that valve was made the powerwash industry didn't have a 4,000 PSI valve readily available...now however i do believe there is, also I believe there is now available an all stainless steel, both of which cost a bit more. It’s not a disadvantage of the gearbox, you probably didn’t prep it with gasket sealer before you installed it, I’m on my 4th gearbox now and have NEVER had a leak or failure!

Gearbox unlikely, unless the gears are worn out.. Did you change the check valves on your pump?? . vibration is usually a telltale signs of check valves or clogged water filter or air entering water inlet.

@@GriffsServices 60, but its vibrating since 30 moto hours. I looked inside pump and inside the engine and they are fine - now time for the gearbox. Will see. Your videos about this PA gearboxes were very helpful to me. I thought PA is a premium brand but… im pissed of and I want to throw it in the trash and buy a Comet gearbox. Im using Comet pump too, RW4040.

@@Kris9464 after this issue with the gearbox I've never had a problem with the PA boxes.. it was an issue with the key .. could have been just a one of... But I since went back to one inch shaft.. Switch off the box if it is not vibration will stop.. Keep us updated if you do, or when you find the issue

A pro would have cut the hole to the determined size for a lid.. I went extreme budget (don't laugh, keeping it real) i balled a few big trash bags and stuffed it.. never fell in or came out. 🙂 Sure there are lots of options though. Thanks for viewing.

Hey bro, I sprayed 5 stories today with 8gpm 3500psi. The water got misty at the peak. Any pointers on eliminating that & creating more of a stream without a lift or siamese another pressure washer? Thanks

5 stories 👀... I have noticed some of the things that affect the stream is the length of hoss run the size of the hose, type of gun. You have to go to bigger hose 1/2" at least for the first hundred feet , then no more than 100 ft 3/8" if you have to. Use a gun with the largest ball shut off 13/32" believe like a RL51...next another few more gpm , I find 10 to 12 to be a sweet spot.

@@GriffsServices my plow won't go down and if I give the little magnet float one it will go down and then I can go up and down about a dozen times but then it will get stuck up again and if I give it a tap it will do the same thing over and over It will work about 10 times and then I'll have to tap the end for it to work again so I'm not sure if the magnet is bad or there's just a loose connection somewhere but I have been screwing around with it for 3 hours

@@jeremyillingworth4302 could be the coil or valve... If you can move one of the nearby coils over the valve, then move the controller for that respective coil, if it works it's the coil .. But I am thinking it's the coil. Especially since it's a somewhat random occurrence

The gearbox is held in place by 4 bolts to the engine, that slides out, the ring gear has a set screw, that locks on the key of the pump.. Be careful that to put a little locktite , I have had a set screw blackout with use. Hopefully i was helpful

@@GriffsServices i really appreciate it. I tried the integrated recovery model from mosmatic and it spins very very slowly. This means that cleaning takes a long time. Oh and integrated recovery meaning that is doesn't need a vacuum to suck up the water.

I just went throw week of why my new injector wasn’t working. I replaced the original pressure hose with a more flexible hose. Well not knowing the new hose was 1/4 instead of the 3/8 and that reduced the flow which would not allow it to pick up chemical. Putting the original 3/8 hose back on and it worked perfectly then. Just a FYI

@@GriffsServices Oh I'm just a home owner with most interest on washing my car, and sidewalk etc. I got a Cat Electric Pressure Washer - "1800 PSI" 2.0 GPM. I use a 5/16" 40 feet black hard plastic hose, which I hate, but it is the only thing that doesn't off-gas fumes. I keep my hose inside my home, and can't have rubber... The included tips are 3.7, but I mostly use a 4.0 40 degree and a 3.5 15 degree From General Pump. Also love my 3.5 German made Rotojet turbo nozzle. Now the thing I like the most is the Mezzo Wash System.

It's just 1.5" fittings for hardware store... The only thing I ordered online at the time if this build was the black banjo fitting, but I believe they have them in stores now, the hudson float valve online. 1.5" treaded to spigot 1.5" union 1.5" tee 1.5 to 1" reducing (slip to threaded) 1" treaded to barb.. Then figure what you need to go into your pump...on mine I needed to go from barb to 3/4" garden
