Salut Lotfi, je suis regular, j'ai plutôt tendance à mettre le pied avant coté droit et le pied arrière coté gauche, je me demande si c'est important ou pas ? j'essaierai de faire comme tu dis ici pour voir si c'est mieux, j'arrive à carver, mais il faut que je relance en poussant de temps en temps ...
