the whole preface going into his run was that he was the doctor that was healed from his traumas through the bigeneration and crying is a healthy expression of emotion, totally makes sense he'd cry more now, he's also much more confident than any of the previous doctors, idk if anyone's noticed, also probably an effect of the bigeneration
