Good story. Too bad she goes along with the CO2-B.S. But that might generate a lot of work / subsidies for her. And then travel for months .... ;)

Ginas story reminded me of how important it is that we treat our environment like it is our own home - because it is.

Heartbreaking story and heartwarming ❤️‍🔥 he says “ I became a better person when he got housing… I’m convinced he’s always been a good person, but society let him down as a kid in an abusive environment, the army used him and dropped him afterwards and he probably has PTSD from what he had to get through and society did not reach out to help. I’m glad “housingfirst” saw him as a human being and helped him so he feels secure and validated now. He IS part of our society and hope that housing first will help other people in need too!✊🏻❤️‍🔥

For those interested to know what European countries actually spend on pharmaceuticals - a relevant data point missing in this webinar, see IQVIA "Understanding Net Pharmaceutical Expenditure Dynamics in Europe", April 2022. The report covers 15 European countries over the 2000 to 2018 period (available data). IQVIA's research shows that (1) The average amount spent across European countries on drugs represents 15% of the total amount spent on healthcare. It was 15% in 2000 and 15% in 2018. A number of EU countries who were above this EU average saw their share of spending drugs decrease quite dramatically during this period. (2) A large group of European countries fail to produce reliable data regarding their actual spending on drugs, in particular at the hospital level. To achieve greater transparency, ie, greater understanding of pharmaceutical expenditures, we should first call member states to implement robust data collection processes. Alternatively, national authorities should contract with IQVIA to secure access to the granular sales data they produce. The reliability of IQVIA data can be ascertained by the fact that these are the data on which pharmaceutical companies measure their commercial performance. Ignorance is bliss, but transparency comes with a fee. www.iqvia.com/library/white-papers/understanding-net-pharmaceutical-expenditure-dynamics-in-europe

'Moderator' goes straight into conspiracy mode: 17:01 "Are you concerned that pharma CEOs can pick up the phone and talk directly to heads of state?" Given the AstraZeneca supply issue, one could imagine it went the other way around, ie, Commission trying to get hold of the CEO for an update on supply date. Fantasy questions aside, any meeting at that level requires on both sides quite a bit more work than "picking up the phone", starting with finding a date/time that works, agreeing on the agenda for the call, preparing the briefing memos, preparatory meetings before the call, etc. Fortunately, despite the level of political noise illustrated by this type of question, the Commission and pharma companies talked, negotiated, agreed, and got us the vaccines that allowed EU citizens to get back to work, to school, and to reopen our economies.

I don't need a "vaccine", really an experimental drug since it does not make you immune to Covid, for a virus which has almost zero chance of killing me. 99.97 percent of people won't die from Covid. I have no moral obligation to take vaccines to protect other people. If they are ill or old then THEY need to do what THEY want to do. I will wash my hands, wear a mask when visiting old people but I won't lock myself into my house, stop my business (thus income) or take constant tests.

Is it because people don't want to be part of a trial for an experimental gene therapy that has only received emergency authorization? Quote from previous MRNA vaccine trials, which didnt skip the animal testing phase for 'expediency' reasons, 'ALL THE DAMN FERRETS DIED'...................
