for the lowest full super in general that doesnt go into cutscenes, zangief held level 2 on modern after a perfect parry from a jamie hk, deals 440 damage with 40% DAMAGE SCALING (the comment edit was the mistype for the damage, i wrote 600 instead of 440)

If you perfect parry something bigger than a jab you should be able to get a 50% damage raw lvl 3.

actually u could just go on modern and do perfect parry to scale the damage and then do modern lvl 3

And I'm pretty sure we can go lower with perfect parry+down medium into drive rush (I recall down medium kick/punch being huge scalers across the cast) And do it on Zangief so the health bar moves even less (even if it's the same damage)

sorry the point of jamie lv3 is to continue the combo so if you do drive rush down 2 kicks into jump you can get a solid combo on the other hand jamie's ca lv3 is supposed to be a combo finisher

I know but that damage is still abysmal as a Jamie main. By the end of Jamie’s SA lv3 I get to 4.8k and the combo is not even finished, and it is not even fully optimized either. It is going to be less damage yes but even for Jamie lvl 3 that is terrible damage.

You've got solid reactions and decision making in regards to the drive gauge specifically, but I think your combo game could use work. I think that's something you recognize though since I see you go for throw after most of your perfect parries or punish counters. You should do more quick-run specials, if I remember right they work in basically every context you were cancelling into DP so it's just more damage. Target combo into quickrun Dragonlash is a much better side-switch than back throw and you can end on heavy DP or level three if you want to commit the meter and I think it's borderline max damage without drive. TC into quickrun tatsu is hella corner carry if you're to close to center stage. Jinrai kicks get you insane juggle damage in the corner, you just gotta know what version you're using.
