Just start, don’t think about the struggle. Just tell yourself you will be kind to yourself when exercising, you will not go beyond what your body can handle. Believe me, you will be surprised finding yourself enjoying the exercise and doing more. Be kind to yourself when exercising, you will enjoy it and you will see results as time goes.
