Sorry, running open pipes in urban area just makes this bike owner a really obnoxious prick. A very stupid, immature d-bag, as seen by riding in shorts, no gloves no eye protection. The bike screams poor judgment. The rider's behavior and lack of gear just confirms this whole thing is an exercise in stupidity. Wonder how long this squid lasts on the street.
