+cloud almighty Yes. We are currently very active. Our monthly meetings are held in Port Orchard on the first Saturday of the month - that means this Saturday, December 4, 2015. Meetings are in the "Active Club Building" at the Givens Center. This month we have our annual Pot-luck lunch and ornament exchange, where participants put small ornaments (which they have carved) into brown paper bags. Participants then take turns drawing a paper bag. Open carving starts at 10 am. Lunch will be about 1130 or 12 followed by the business meeting with show & tell & a raffle. Everyone is welcome. There are also carving meetings Wednesday at 12:30 PM in the Bremerton Sr. Center on Nipsic; Thursday Mornings at the Givens Center in Port Orchard; and, Thursday Evening at 7 in the Sons of Norway Hall. We have a web site and a facebook page - do a search on "Kitsap Woodcarvers"
