depends on the filament, but usually gyroid or grid with around 20% infill

I did, A LOT! Still do, but now I use Nylon Carbon Fiber, it's superior in every way (printing quality, moisture resistance, strength, etc)

Hey D440RC, I am interrested in your design ! But first i‘d like to ask you a few things. I have a 6x6 that about 8,5kg. I run 2.2 rims with 1.9 G8 Krawlers. Do you have a Special recommendation for what TPU for inner and outer half to use ? ( Considering the weight ) Aswell as a feeling for how much infill etc ? Asking because I think my rig is ways havier than average. Thanks in advance ! Sven

Nice design i am looking forward to print it! I already have od in my portals. A good alternative would be to find an offset output shaft transmission and find a way to rotate it so the back output gets higher

I actually think adding a spacer on the Fimonda or any portal transmission to raise the left side should work fine, then you can have the overdrive in the axles and good to go

I have printed your foams for my scx6 using green overture tpu and they are so stiff I can’t even use them. And my scx6 is running vitavon portals and brass so it is far from light weight.. I had really high hopes for these. Can you release a file that has a lot less support? Thanks.

No, it does not matter which way you mount them because the tread pattern will still be the same direction.

I’m really tempted to print one, but If I do I think I will buy axles, gearbox and other stuff from Ailexpress. The original Axial parts would cost too much for me. Did you bend the axle links yourself or you bought them ready made?
