Question - I bought one of these new and ,when I unboxed it, it was already threaded with small spools of thread in the spools and a piece of sewn cloth under the presser foot. When I inquired about this at the store where I purchased it, I was told that this is done at the factory with every machine prior to boxing and left that way to show the machine is working properly. This doesn’t make sense to me - is it true? I’ve looked at some unboxing videos and one show the machine coming out of the box threaded with a piece of cloth under the presser foot. Any know?

I have used the double needle before and I absolutely love it. I've been working on this for 3 hours and for some reason it keeps getting jammed. I followed the book and I followed your video multiple times and I don't know what's going on. The only thing that's not clear in the explanation is when you bring it down to the left side and go over to where you put it behind the wire before you thread the needles. Some of the videos I've watched said that you should not dread them together at the same time you should do them separately. And some of them say to put behind the wire with the thread and some of them say put in front of the wire before you thread the needle so I'm not sure what to do please help?

Hi Heirloom, Nice video!!!! I have the two Endless Hoops, the 260 x 150, and the 180 x 100. How, using these buttons you used at the 3:50 of your video, you can position my Endless or border less designs when I am moving the fabric on the hoop? Do you have a video on the use of these hoops on the Topaz 30? Thanks a lot for all your time and help with these videos, they are short and well explained and illustrated!!!

I just acquired a Sapphire 930 and was annoyed with the amount of thread I was tossing. Thank you so much for this tip to minimize thread waste! Your videos are very helpful as I’m not eligible for any classes at the Husqvarna Viking Studio.

I’m interested in this machine for bagmaking. For that I use several layers of different fabric like waterproof canvas, vinyl, cotton etc, up to eight layers. Would you recommend this machine for that? I live in Europe and the price is about what I can spend on it.

My thread is breaking when I do the tension test with the pressure foot down. It seems to do fine when I pull on the thread if the foot is up. I rethreaded the machine and checked the bobbin. The needle is the one that the Bernina store gave me and the thread is from them as well. I watched all the videos that I can find, but nothing addresses the issue that I am having.
