You can also lightly hover your index over the trigger and then with your hand holding the hand guard just push the rifle forward and it should BRRRRRT

That was actually what we tried first! We were hoping we could keep the rifle up higher and maybe actually aim, but we couldn't reliably pull bursts of more than a couple rounds like that
