Hello, Greetings from Bright Star Foods, Mumbai. We have purchased Ancer U2 printer from your authorized Distributor in Mumbai MMM Buxabhoy in around 2018. For some reasons we have hardly used the printer and due to Corona lockdown also the usage was limited. Recently we have observed that the Ink after printing rubs out from the Carton with BOPP lamination as well from the flexo printed bags. We have brought it to the notice of the dealer MMM Buxabhoy and requested them to solve the problem. If the ink rubs out, the whole purpose of using this printer fails. HI Pradip, Please insert USB and format the USB , go to system settings -> General -> Log report-> Export All . Messages Settings Everything will transfer to your USB

several possible reason could be your set delay, if this doesnt change the problem then in system settings -> general global delay may be on. this needs to be OFF. please let us know if this helps.
