Very interesting and would have agreed with everything as a layperson six months ago. But after starting an elimination diet six months ago and then experiencing my body getting rid of toxins, oscillates and histamines ( through rashes and diarrhoea) has been amazing. I never realised how many natural toxins there are in nearly all vegetables and fruits.

CGM not recommended for type 2 because the ADA does not want patients to understand how bad and wrong the high carb recommended diet is and how unnecessary insulin stimulating meds are. It is important to understand that glucose is so important, your liver makes all the glucose you need under the action of glucagon moderated by insulun. Any you eat is extra. Carbs are not a required nutrient. You literally do not need to eat any. Why do we eat them? It is a built in addiction from a time when food was scarce to make us store fat.

Interesting. Could the breakdown of glycocalyx be leading to fragments of hyaluron making the weird clots seen in covid and v injury

Low carb diets have been repeatedly shown to be associated with lower life expectancy. Any diet that delivers weight loss will appear to deliver short term benefits .... because weight loss delvers benefits.

Correction to statements starting @ 14.03.........Cholesterol CANNOT go thru or between endothelium cells. It only enters cells having cholesterol receptors. Ebola is a dreaded disease where the endothelium is broken down by bacteria and blood leaks out everywhere. So if that barrier was possible to be broken by cholesterol we would bleed to death in short order. Plaques blamed on cholesterol are actually blood clots in various stages of repair. See Dr Malcomb Kendrick "The Clot Thickens" . kzfaq.info/get/bejne/meCFiNWIybHThpc.html

I have pre-diabetes. I joined Levels to get a CGM. I have learned a lot and have changed what I eat. I get no spike from ham and cheese sandwich. I added a plum because I heard that one plum is OK. The CGM confirmed that. I added with a sandwich instead of the plum, a peach because I heard that one Peach is OK. The CGM said NO. Some people differ. I found that Costco was much cheaper than Levels for a CGM. Costco transferred the prescription and now I can refill at any Costco. We need to get CGMs off of prescription in the USA. They are over-the-counter in Mexico. KZfaq people seem to say that I can reverse pre-diabetes. I am determined to do that. What no one has said what reversing means. Yes, numbers back in the normal range. If I succeed will I likely retain insulin resistance? In other words, am I likely permanently stuck?

Thanks for a great video. I am just starting. Entering week 3 on 2.5 and my blood sugar went from 144 to 119 and I have lost 6.2 pounds. Once a patient reaches let's say 65 pounds weight loss and a great A1C then what. Research says once off the drug 2/3 of people regain the weight and I'm assuming also probably return to a higher A1C. Is this drug something that someone should be on long-term?

I started using a libre 3 at the advice of my endocrinologist, it accompanied my tirzepitide, and I can attest, it really helps visualize the affects of sugars and has really helped my adjust my eating habits etc. I had tried the larger Libre 2 in the past but stopped because of the size and cost, but the real time ability of the the libre 3 and its smaller size is really much better.

Just my own datapoint, I was on Metformin ER 2000, Glipizide and Actos and was only able to achieve A1C of 7.6%. On my 5th week, just took my first dose of 5mg after the first four of 2.5mg. With just Metformin plus the Tirzepitide, my Libre 3 is currently tracking my GMI of the last 30 days at 6.5% (I know this is not the same as A1C, but its my only current tracking info). My major side effects are both the GI side effects (particularly heartburn breath and slowing of bowel movement) and a general feeling of coldness. Both are manageable. For weight loss which was not my primary goal (it was lowering A1C), I have gone from 270lbs to 255lbs in about 5 weeks time. I did find the appetite suppresssion has helped me implement a 14-18 hr time restricted feeding schedule, which I had successfully done for some weight loss on my own in the past, but fell off the wagon under covid lockdowns. So far its the most effective A1C solution I have found. I wonder if I lower my weight enough, if my endocrinologist will take me off the Rosuvastatin and Losartan and if my metformin dose will change or end. I also wonder if its standard practice to increase the Tirzepitide dose to the maximum or if there is a point where it need no longer be increased below 15mg.

Do you understand that the fake churches know they are lying and they are lying on purpose? Do you also know that they know the answer to end covid is for them to all return the money they were never supposed to take? Malachi 2 proves Malachi 3:8 is telling all the thieving ministers to return the money and God will end covid and Jesus returns. And they have known this for over 2 years. That means they have known for over 2 years every time they take more money for their fake ministering they kill more people with covid and they don't care. The Great Tribulation started September 1st and anyone still attending the fake churches must repent for supporting evil murderers and never go back or you will experience more and more torment until you either do decide to repent or you wait too long and die with the wicked. I do not take this personally but I have to tell everyone that if you delete the messages from the messenger of Malachi 31 then you reject Jesus and choose to die with the wicked. Judgment is falling now. World peace and a universal income for everyone is coming. And on a side note, why do you think LGBT people experience more stress, etc? Could it have anything to do with the fake ministers teaching lies on purpose?

The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat diet and microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related KZfaq presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction.
