Idk if this serves as motivation but, I've had close calls in shifting with no script or intentions of shifting at all. It made me second guess all the beliefs/expectations I assumed to shifting (like i have to do this, do that, etc.) and I'm really glad to experience those moments even if I didn't fully immerse myself to whatever reality I was going in to. Everyone can shift! It doesn't matter if you have a script or intentions to do so, the only thing you have to do is "Let go and FEEL." maybe it's hard to imagine and see your consciousness coming out your body... But! It doesn't mean you can't try. It isn't failure either, it's progress: if a method isn't working? Then make one yourself! Nothing is limited, just know what feels right for you. The rules are IN your hands for whatever method you conjure. So, go and try shifting without a script, don't think about the what if's and expectations. If this is a step into unknown territory, then it would be better to let go any doubts and fears than give up trying. I'm not that dedicated in shifting for the past 3 years, and yet I've had many close calls. Just try and try again :))

what does the final push feel like do i to go through the final push to shift because i had a lot of dreams since February on and off me saying in my dreams i am in my desire reality and in one dream i was like coming with someone going through the garage and i had just realized that i was dreaming so i opened a door and i had locked that person out so they wouldn't chase after me and stop me after i Closed that door that door and locked it i opened the next door and when i opened it and went in that room it was foggy in there and i remember if i said i am in my desire reality or not because i had this dream early March to med march and i had a dream a few days ago and i said i am in my desire reality but i didn't get open or close any doors and i much of thought i shifted in the not in real life because i wouldn't be able to update you i remember in the dream i was celebrating jumping and singing champions champions and saying hey hey hey i got really excited in that dream and i never sing so in that dream i thought i shifted and of i woke up disappointed and thinking to myself why didn't i shift because I'm trying really hard when i can remember to oh and i had a another dream that i asked someone i knew because unfortunately there no longer in this world and i had realized i was dreaming and than i asked them what year is it and they said oh no it doesn't say the year and i looked at the Calendar and it said 1711 and later that day i looked up how many days was 1711 days ago was because i thought it may had been a sign from the Source and i had this dream at the end of March and when i looked it up it said July 24 2018 and was like what does it have to do with that day or that time what does this mean? What does all this mean? I don't know but i have to shift because i need to shift realitys back in time so i can change things please don't doubt my shifting goal because some people did and made me doubt it.

Anyone please tell me what the easiest and fastest way to get for me is to shift my reality because i really need to shift as soon as possible. Please, i need to go back to 2015 because I made so many mistakes that i need to shift reality as soon as possible. OKAY THIS IS SO GOOD WHAT??? like i’ve been tryna shift for coming up 3 years (yes i’m a 2020 shiftok survivor 😔) and i’ve only ever had 2 ‘experiences’ shall we call them. one was when i heard someone from my dr slam a door and say ‘f-ing hell’ and the other was someone saying ‘wake up’ in a dr where i scripted someone will wake me up. ANYWAY, i used this yesterday and OH MY GOD!!! the visualisation was easier than normal cause i generally struggle with it AND IT FELT LIKE I STARTED FLOATING?? AND I COULD HEAR THINGS IN THE BACKGROUND THAT WOULD BE IN MY DR??? AND THERE WAS FLASHING LIGHTS AND MY EYES WERE FLUTTERING??? but then after the guided bit stopped i tried to use it as an awake method but i couldn’t visualise without the guided bit BUT STILL??? OH MY GOD. LITERAL GAME CHANGER.

Well today I’ll make today my first day of shifting. I need to go to a study room and study. I’ll go to a study school to work with others and wear cute uniforms and I’ll be back after a month. I Know that I will shift today I already am. I’ll update on my shifting experience when I come back.

I felt symtoms! Usually when I do a method, I usually get very little to no symtoms. With this medatation I saw a white light and I felt like I was floating but I got scared and cane back to my physical body ;-;
