I’m telling you, of all the watch dealers and personalities, Peter is on the most likeable. Because he’s Peter. There’s no act, no bullshit, just straight up passion for what he does. Big Salute 🫡, really good stuff , I’m learning watchmaking on the side , I have some tools , but my business is mainly health field , diagnostic radiology, I run CT scanners 4 of them at a stupid busy hospital in Norfolk . With that said , I do find the time to understand how each part of the movement works , but hands on is whole different ball game , I was putting on a new strap for my new Breitling Endurance , from Breitling, and I tapped off the the lugs , but didn’t tape off the case back , lol and low and behold , my tool for removing the spring bar , got loose and threw a scratch across the case back . No big deal for me , it’s a composite material called “Brite Light “ super super light , hard to scratch or ding , nothing like the tanks 44mm Bentleys from back early 2000s but damn it ! I like your polish machine , the Mop , it’s not screwed on ? Just put the mop in the screw and let it turn ? No screwing down ?

The daytona is the best rolex imo, i bought it in switzerland, it was the right size for me, she was beautiful. Better than the datejust. Now, I'm curious to see how much it's worth today, so I'm planning to do a little research.

Jeez I remember last video you picked up polisher and seeing it again his video made me happy. is there any video you recommend to learn polishing watches? I am into auto detailing and have polished and ceramic coated car paint but feel like metal is the next level.

I deal with every brand on almost a weekly basis, I will say Rolex is my favorite brand always cause it is.. value wise reliability wise & overall aesthetic of every model no other brand comes close🤷🏻♂️

@@Peterpic Now that is not remotely true. The only thing rolex does better than the rest is marketing. Aesthetics aside (they are ugly though) even objectively speaking they are not in the top of brands.

Service on this watch took about 3 hours start to finish, factor in moving the camera starting stopping etc I know these 3035s like the back of my hand so it’s a fairly quick process 👍🏻
