Hi, like to know whether the front and back bodices can sew in single layer fabric instead of 2. Weather in my country here is hot all year round. Will single layer fabric (shorter lining?) change the way the look of the dress? Thank you for your wonderful videos and sewing patterns, by seeing how each projects are done, makes me feel relaxed already. 😊

I'm 8 minutes into the video (so I've made the neck/bodice and ties). I'm omitting the pockets and doing the boatneck for both sides. I'm also adding zippers for easy access for nursing! Will send you pics over Instagram once finished 😊 thank you for such a beautifully made pattern!

Love your how to vids Sara. When I try to do twin needle on my brother, the back stitch is a straight line almost and very tight and not zig zag. Do I have to change bobbin tension?

I'm planning to make this Hanbok Wrap Dress. Any tips about the thickness of the fabrics? When I travel and visit Korea and try wearing Hanbok, the dress fabrics are usually thick ones, seems for winter. Can I use thinner fabric for the dress? I'm wondering... how would the look and feel be if using thin summer fabric? 🤔🥰 Thank you for sharing the patterns and tutorial~!! ❤
@SewingTherapy14 күн бұрын
You can use various types of fabric for Hanbok. Many modern Hanbok skirts are made from linen and cotton, which look great while offering a different aesthetic from traditional versions. This approach allows for more versatility and comfort while still maintaining the essence of Hanbok style.
