Not sure about that island in the kitchen. First, it’s too big. Secondly, it doesn’t have drawers for storing plates and stuff. Thirdly, no place for bar chairs. And no sink. So is the island only for prepping food? It’s totally unnecessary.

This house reminds me of a low rise commercial building because of the 3 doors accessible from the living room. Like office spaces or something similar. And also because of the glass facade facing the street.

This is a high-quality house. My only problem is that there are too many doors that can be seen from the living room. They just mess up the space. Powder room and bedroom doors should never be seen from the living area. That's where foyers and corridors come in. Those should be private spaces.

Almost a perfect home! Nice front facade, beautiful right size swimming pool unlike some other squeezed type plunge pool that makes me want to say immediately, "Why bother put that oversized tub & call it a pool?" Would have been nice to have a family/game room on the 2nd floor perhaps sacrificing one of the bedrooms and call it perfect!

Beautiful house and very nice tour. I must say though that the music is annoying and sometimes drowns out the host's voice. But the tour was thoroughly enjoyable nonetheless.
