Well carrying that massive log on your chest all day could give you massive, premature spinal curvature!

Why tf do you need so much water? Are you homeless?
@the_gear_shak10 күн бұрын
I normally keep three smaller bottles in there, these were just what were handy when I made the video
@kls867010 күн бұрын
@jackeddemon It's a "dad day pack" as per the title and it was explained on the video so wf is this question?

Nice setup, but maybe add some activities for the kids to do like cards or coloring stuff to help pass the time when there is some sort of waiting period

No individual pouch for CCW reason I stay away from their packs. No need to show everyone your carrying when pulling out an item.

Is the tent comfortable while on gravel?
@the_gear_shak22 күн бұрын
It is, no real difference than any other tent, though I will say I much prefer most other surfaces mainly to prefere excess wear on my gear. I use a piece of 10mil painter's plastic for ground mat, a Klymit Static V sleep pad, and then the black sleeping bag from the army modular sleep system. I have started sliding my Tuff Possum Gear sit pad underneath my sleep pad at my hips when on rough ground like this just to help prevent any extra wear. Thinking about going to foam pad so it isn't as much of an issue.

I do plan to get one in ASAP. I put a longer length video today which shows these new bags in better detail. Check my channel for that video

Any time we do maintenance in the semiconductor field, you would be suprised how often isapropyl alcohol pops up. Obviously more concentrated. Also used vaseline for injectors.
@brr88882 ай бұрын
Never use petroleum based lubricant on o-rings use silicone.
@radiorahim8612 ай бұрын
Every time I've done injectors, I used Vaseline. If that works on an engine, I'm sure it would be just fine on a light.

Nice load out & love the pack ! How do you like the Ozark Trail stove ?
@the_gear_shak2 ай бұрын
Man for $15 it is great. Only complaint is I wish it came with a little case like the MSR stoves do, but performance wise it does exactly what I need; heat and boil water for drinks and freezed meals or if real fancy fix some pork chops or burgers in the small cast iron.

I think it is ok for the most part. It is just that it is a problem to connect a ring. They add a litte breakable ring with several models i know. So that makes no sense whatsoever. I do not take them with me when i leave the house but if i would i would buy a flashlight which is ringable since like 30 bucks is 30 bucks..i do not want to lose it.

So this is what happened with that longhorn Bowie i showed you in Feb. Clear cerakote rusting under the black river wash. Might get a new coating when i come to US
