Hello, good day, I just bought a SodaPod 1 PRO through Amazon, but the aluminum bottle that is placed inside does not come with it. Only the 3 bottles of water come. How can you support me, would you send it to me separately or do I do the return process through Amazon?

I am having an issue after installing the replacement filter I was just sent in Mid August of this year. The water is running so slow that I thought there was something wrong with the water line. I did an extensive check of the line letting it run into a bucket just to see if there were any leaks or kinks and everything was fine. I think my replacement filter is defective as I do not use the water filter more than usual, warranting a monthly change. I have tried calling your customer service line and get a message that the person I am trying to contact is not available. So, I emailed, can you guys help me out here. I am resorting to buying bottled water as of 4 days ago so that I don't strain the system. Please help. I cant go another week like this.

Why would you shake a carbonated drink, how did you reach the conclusion this would provide "better bubbling taste" (@ :15)? All carbonated beverages advise against shaking because shaking causes C02 to escape faster, which is why shaken drinks fizz more (not desirable) and go flat quickly. "Juices, fruits, herbs, alcohol, ice...", what's stopping the consumer from putting these items into any carbonator? Sounds like a cheap gimmick.

Why does the user manual say I can order replacement cartridges at Amazon and they don’t actually carry the replacement cartridge for drinkpod 1000? It seems you can only order them directly from drinkpod only. I can find the actual filter system just about anywhere but nobody actually carries the replacement cartridges but drinkpod and seems the price hiked up.. used to buy them for $60... now they are $95!?

I researched another countertop bottleless water system (rhymes with bavalon); they don't even bother to mention media, passage size, or flow rate for their filters like you guys do.
