Yes those same people who service such a great country while they kill innocent people in palestine

Haha that's hilarious... although great. Hilarious for the simple fact it's just 9-5 which is the traditional work day. You just like to sleep in. No shame in that.

This works in college but you’ll need to work more than that if you end up getting a high paying job with ur bio degree or decide to start your own thing, it’ll take a lot more than 40 hrs a week.

I didn’t realize that PA school has no classes before 10 am these days. That must be a newer schedule. I think that clinical rotations are going to start before 10am. Health care does not usually have a 10am start time.

so are we moving in before the classes start?

This is SO wise, I went to college over a decade ago and wish I understood this work life balance! Sounds like you have great time management skills & self-discipline that will carry you far in life😍

That’s a good rule it’s important to take time for yourself especially on a school or work days

I love the intent... But there is no world in which I didn't have 8 am classes nearly every weekday for the entire 4 years of my BA and many of my subsequent post grad studies 😂 The idea that by the time I was a senior TA for 500 second year students and could not be marking/grading papers solidly for a week well into the early morning hours because the grades needed to get out makes me want to cry. Work life balance is key....but trust me... If you study further, this particular schedule is unlikely to be feasible 😢

10-6 is just 9-5, but shifted an hour later. Work/life balance is a great thing to have, but this "rule" is just a normal work schedule. Doesn't mean stop doing it of course, if it works for you, it works for you.

What do you do when you do not have enough time between 10 and 6 to complete an assignment on time? I am a PhD student and I would love to implement this but it seems like I would have to make it more like 12 to 12 if I want to get everything done on time.
@AaliyahLiaci5 күн бұрын
I do school every single day including weekends between 10-6! I find if I put my phone down I can get things done on time and I always submit 2 days early!

OK, so some teachers are nice enough to say round and 89 up to a 90 but like if your final score comes out to be an 89 a lot of teachers won’t round that up although I do have one little story that happened when I was in seventh grade so last school year I’m going into eighth this one, but my math teacher is actually technically past retirement age, but she is being nicest and goes out of her way to do the nicest things for us and it is my last year at the School and I will miss her a lot, but my final grade was a decimal and she told us that we could do the math if we wanted to double check her if we wanted to so I did not because I wanted to double check just because I thought it would be fun and I came out with a number that was less but it was a decimal told her about it and she said that there are no decimals in grades so seems like some teachers will just put that decimal point there if my math teacher was right and there are no decimals in grades then I don’t know what to tell you sucks for you. Suck it up buttercup you get bad teachers every once in a while and the only thing you can do is suck it up. Sorry nothing you can do about it. you could go to the head of your school, and tell them about it but they may not do much so suck it up. It’s the only thing you can do much you can do.
