Nice video! I'm glad you got a good one as the QC went downhill in the last few years to the point they went out of business till another company purchased them. I like the knife but I also got mine in the 90s. Also, a lot of the time the coating on the blade prevents it from striking the fero rod. This happens to a lot of brands that use a coating on 1095 steal blades as a rust protective layer. Even the Ka-Bar Becker series is bad about. Best thing tends to be to lightly grind or file the spine to remove the coating and crisp up the angle of it for striking. Just be sure to keep it oiled to keep the rust away.

not a can opener, but a bottle opener, which is IMHO obsolete, and I am appalled at the number of companies that include the bottle opener as a function on their tool and the saw is made to aid you in attaching to the handle and what you called the arrow head is actually to make a tomahawk although it can be used as an arrow or spear head

But will it fit in your Altoids tin? Tip: when you're sawing anything, that piece should be held immobile (if possible) because otherwise half of your effect is wasted by the movement of the stick/board that you're cutting! A folding saw (at least 10" in length) is more efficient than one of these 'gadgets' or using/dulling your knife by using it as a chopping tool!

i just grabbed one from aliexpress to canada... i have lots of knives wholesale costing 10x of this cheap little banger but it is as near to a switch blade as can get with spring assist open and is now one of my edc favs....

@@karzam739 you cannot post links on youtube… type in browning knife… look for the one that has browning in red on the black handle… i got sent one that was same but no browning name and it was a folder.. not happy with that one but it was like $7.50 so ill give it away…i like action knives..
