My late girlfriend Sharon once got a bit drunk at a venue in Torquay and for a bet challenged several of the Nolans to arm wrestling. They were game, but she beat three of them. However, Coleen slaughtered her and Shar lost the bet. So, thanks Coleen, you saved me a round of drinks for Shar and her friends.

Wow this is quite an emotional rollercoaster episode, I stopped the video half way through and googled Nadia and it came up with her instagram account and saw photos recently of all 4 of her children.

I think Brooke is still young and the older she gets she will appreciate the ways she looks and learn to accept it and not compare as much to others. I have been watching the programme ‘drama queens’ which Brooke is in recently. This was a good podcast.

I watched Towie when Lucy was in it and still do, but still can’t believe she is still very young at 32. Also can relate to Lucy when she said about Hollyoaks, Corrie, Eastenders and Hollyoaks later as use to watch them all too many years ago!

You are a natural at this and come across so confident. With such amazing and interesting guests. When you said you doubt yourself you honestly cannot tell. Every human does at times, that’s part of our brains job and trying to keep us safe. Only difference is some people admit it others don’t. Good on you for being real 👏❤️ What a lovely guy Bradley is X

I search for Bradley’s workout videos from time to time - I love the guy. His gentleness, his sincerity and passion for what he does come through the screen in each video. I worry when I don’t see new videos and ask myself is he ok, obviously the Menshealth deal fell away, is he getting work etc. so happy to have come to this video and learn more about the beast himself. I wish you all the success Bradley Simmonds may God keep you and excel your success. Thank you so much for the workouts. Sending all the love from South Africa.

This conversation is truly engaging, delving into intense details on overcoming life’s challenges. Izzy touched upon many relatable aspects of our daily lives, highlighting the importance of prioritizing our own perceptions over external judgments. It’s empowering to realize that we define who we are. Izzy’s insights really resonated with me. Scott, your journey of self-resilience and growth is incredibly inspiring. It serves as a powerful reminder that personal growth is an ongoing journey of overcoming obstacles and gaining wisdom from them. I am increasingly eager to learn from each of your podcasts. Thank you so much, Scott, for sharing your wisdom.

Amazing to hear about Izzy story for 2019 to now, what an inspiration. How she is using her diagnosis with psoriasis, to help other through their struggles. Her advice about habit staking to having a positive mindset was what I took away from this episode, these assist me when I'm having an off-day with my mental health. Was brilliant to know about the impact these mechanisms have improved her life. She seems so grounded and intuitive. Thanks, Scott for another sensational conversation! 🧡🧡

Sensational to have Paul on your podcast this week Scott, what an inspirational man. This proves that with leadership skills acquired over time, respect, hard-work and integrity that you - as in us and yourself can go far in life. Was amazing to get some insight into the realities of setting up your own business! Even better as I never knew about the founders of Gymshark yet have purchased from them many of times. Brilliant to see your over 6k of subscribers! 💙💙
