After comparing 3 or 4 recipiues yesterday, I tried to duplicate chalupa dough yesterday for my sister. It puffed up and had a crisp on the outside and _looked_ like a chalupa shell, but did not have the same taste. At all. I told her that I was going to make a few adjustments based on what i thought was lacking (maybe add 1 tsp of augar, a little extra baking powder, and a tablespoon more milk. I was looking over other recipes a few minutes ago and just thought: This is a job for Lizzy Lew...I'm sure she's made them at least twice on her channel. Here's hoping!
