I will always prefer Rachel's voice because Kurt's just isn't for me, however what kind of wannabe musical theatre actress relies on her voice and that alone? It's musical THEATRE, if you just want to sing, go into doing vocals for club music.

Holy crap I've just realised the key here is _higher_ than the original (from where I've heard Colm Wilkinson sing it in concert, anyway._ Did they move this up for Lea Michelle? But Chris Colfer _nails_ it. Completely. Not just the singing but the interpretation too. The maturity he brings to this song is awe-inspiring. I mean 2:26 - 2:32. That there - chills. He knows properly what this song is about and he's singing it properly in character. Rachel is just singing to be famous as Rachel.
