Drake said he was done with it.. on the heart part 6. And it didn’t have any impact except the fact that he responded. It was a weak response. Supposedly the shooting was between ppl in Drake and The Weekends camp. It’s a blood sport bc of male fragile ego if we keeping it a stack. The women beefin don’t ever really go there.

I agree I thought his flow and content was similar to his other stuff. I dislike the whoop rhymes though. Like Joyner but slightly different. His vocal tone seemed a bit harder/grittier to me on this one though. So that was kinda new. I liked how the song ends quite abruptly. Longer intro but short out. Cool balance. Overall I liked the song though.

No, nobody knew what 'Hip Hop' was in Spain in the 80's, for example, and if someone did they were an overwhelming minority. Rap became mainstream after Pac and B.I.G. deaths, that's '96. Also, Rap or Hip Hop isn't that big in Europe anymore, and the scenes that exist, on top of that, are mostly national with national artists. Few people consume actual american rap, mostly 'cause not that many people know english that well, and I tell you that 'cause I've experienced this growing up and the next 25 years of rap game. So no, Dr.Dre, Eminem and 50 Cent made this shit international.

I appreciate the constructive criticism👍🏾. Truth is it was a little rushed. I was trying a different form of content and I was trying to something related to the Drake stuff but not rehashing what I had already heard. Also I was trying to keep it super short to see if time played a part in how many people watched the video. I probably could have gone a lot deeper, but I’m unsure of how long form will do, I’m trying to respect people’s time. Also, I’m trying to dodge copyright issues and I also have a newborn in the house so I was trying to get some content in when I could. But I will definitely take in what you said ant improve👍🏾🙏🏾🫡

LL Rock the bell, beastie boys , license to ill, KRS 1, big daddy cane, epmd, rakim all helped Marshall Mathers love hiphop. As a white boy from the hood in memphis Tennessee I relate. I stayed up watching yo MTV raps. Going to pop tunes buying ghetto boys, naughty by nature, spice 1, 2 live crew, public enemy, too short, E40. So I love em because I'm like Em. I feel what motivated him to become what he is. Just cause our skin color not black doesn't mean we can't vibe and relate. Hey guess what though. While we was that only white dude riding 5 or 6 deep bumpin that rap shit in poor poverty those police roughed us up too. Police stereotyping us too. Better listen to untouchable on revival. 95% of whites don't understand African Americans hate. Half my family biracial. We need to stop the race and point blame at the system and currpt Police people far as us in the United States. Im around blacks every day at work at home and in public. They color doesn't even cross my mind. They in my life and are my friends and family.

Personally, as a white guy, not once have I ever liked an artist because they're white. That seems dumb af. If I like their shit, I like their shit I don't care what they look like. When I tell people I only listen to Rap, the first thing most of 'em say is, "What like Eminem?" or "Let me guess, you like Eminem". I'm like, bitch, yes, but 98% of the artists I listen to aren't white. I grew up in a very privileged, mostly white area, or whatever you wanna call it, playing basketball and was introduced to rap from Nelly and Em when I was like 9 years old. My idols were mostly black: MJ, Iverson, T-Mac, Vince Carter, and Dirk (Mavs fan here). I will never know what it's like to experience racism on a daily basis and I imagine you form bonds with others who have gone through similar shit. I imagine that despite all the hardships seeing someone who looks like you "make it" inspires you and makes you like them even more. So as an ignorant "outsider", I just think the concept of racism is stupid and people should be judged on merit or skill or anything other than the color of their skin. If you think Em sucks, that's 100% cool, but I hope it's not 'cuz he's white. He's not my favorite rapper. I respect his skill though
