Just be careful not to spam which is defined as many messages in a short period of time / a maximum limit of 1000 per day from a Business WhatsApp account (not a paid subscription).

Automated sending requires VBA or Power automate so lightly more complex… I will be covering that along with attachments in future videos ..

How do you get your checkbox to work like that, I can't get mine to do that. I have to click where I want mine to be and adjust it to center it on the spot. The way you have it, you just check on it and it already centers in the middle. I want mine to work how yours is. Can you explain to be how you do it?

@omgugn1639 these checkboxes are still being rolled out to different regions and are only available on the Beta Version. If you wish to get the beta version go to your Excel sheet, click on File>Options> and on the right side side of the screen you will see your version on Microsoft as well as an option to get access to the Beta version. Hope that helps.

Great video. My favourite is the weekend CF as I'm in the process of creating a dynamic calendar. Ah yes, DYNAMIC FORMATTING... One of the golden rules of Excel... *Don't hardcode if avoidable.* Too many spreadsheets fail because of unnecessary hardcoding, especially trying to go back and make changes. Of course, we can keep all of the other rules by rearranging the order of priority by clicking on the up and down arrows to suit our own needs.

The TEXTSPLIT is only available in Office 365 however you can use the Text to Columns in other versions..

You have to activate Beta Version of Excel from File>Account>Microsoft 365 Insider that allows the functionality

The new checkbox feature in Excel is currently available to a portion of the Beta channel of Microsoft 365. The exact date for the wider rollout to all countries and users has not been specified by Microsoft. However, it’s expected to be released in stages following the Beta testing. For the most current updates, you can keep an eye on the official Microsoft 365 roadmap or join the Microsoft 365 Insider program to get early access to new features.. let me know once you have it!

Hello Samina, thank you for your post. Unrelated Excel question, if I may? I recently renewed my office 360 while travelling in Europe. Unfortunately, I’ve ended up with the European format where decimal points and commas are reversed. I’ve tried changing my region and selecting American English on my profile. But the problem persists. All my existing files are converted to EU format. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

To reverse the EU format number back to the original format after an Office 365 update, you can follow these steps: Open Excel and go to File > Options. In the Excel Options dialog, select Advanced from the sidebar. Under the Editing options section, uncheck Use system separators. You can then specify the separators you want to use. For the decimal separator, use a dot (.), and for the thousands separator, use a comma (,) or space, depending on your preference. This should allow you to work with numbers in the format you’re accustomed to. If you need the changes to apply to all future workbooks, you might need to adjust your system’s regional settings to match your preferred number format. Let me know if that helps!
