Hi Clare. I have a suggestion for a podcast episode: How do you navigate and overcome the feeling of being lost in life?

Sad that you think she can answer this. Nothing but sophistry and fluff here. Tune in to the This Jungian Life podcast or Academy of Ideas and get some actual insight.

Thank you Clare. Your sincerity and clarity shine through. I have just found you on the web, I bought your book “Real” this week, and am half-way through. A long-time searcher, I am finding your words reach me more deeply than any other teacher I have so far encountered. Many thanks for publishing your work. I could say a lot more, but for now, Thank You must suffice. Warmest wishes.

Thanks Clare. Three very talented and enlightened teachers in Michael, Garret and B. Katie mentioned there who clearly had a marked effect upon your learnings and your work with coaching and writing And the learnings & discoveries continue as you've said many times. It's the beauty of life that surronds us that lands for me now. I was too preoccupied with the BS to realise it then as were we all. Thought concept/ beliefs are so convincing with the emotions & convictions that are attached to them. We're so much more.. ❤ Gently 🙏

Dear Clare, I am so very happy that I 'came across' you! First I read your book 'Real' (translated into Dutch;-) and then I started Googling you. I am touched by what you say. Can I ask you a question? I don't know if you have the time, but I'll give it a try anyway. First, I'll quote an excerpt from this talk, you said: - '...the information is where the identity is being challenged. So we go into the suffering. I'm not interesting sitting around and talking about how realized we are, etc. Zero interesting, I'm interested in putting the intention on where the identity is under threat, because that's the healing space, that's where the information is, that it's where the feelings are that need to be felt...' - When I hear this, I have full confidence in this, I feel that this is completely correct, but how can I help myself in concrete terms? Because what does it mean to go to the pain, or what does that look like in concrete terms, or what can I do to move towards the pain? For example, should I sit down and just feel? And what does '..that's where the information is' mean? Am I supposed to understand anything about that 'information'? It's a long question, but maybe you can help me with this? Lots of love, Karin

Thank you so much for this Clare. I was seeking to betrer my understanding and ease the pain around an ending. This ends the pain itself by simply understanding why is the pain there in the first place. You initiated me into how to look within or at the self identity which is the root cause of all things stemming out and being projecred. Wow! What a shift you gave to my perspective. The transient nature of everything. Your channel should have millions of views and likes. Gratitude 🙏❤

Thabk yo so much Clare for explaining this from a very unique perspective. I have strugrled with explosive temper resulting in lashing out.My emotinns are triggerd by feelings of injustice done towards me. I suppose by expressing anger one feels justified standing upto the injustice. If you can help with some tools as to how can the self feel ok and not express anger even in the face of injustice and how to navigate it in a better way. I feel terrible after i have lashed out and the feeling of anger is gone,also nothing actually is achieved with display of anger but in the moment its so difficult to remeber this and not lash out. Thanks 🙏❤

@@claredimond6316 thank you so much and to your beautiful spirit for the wisdom via this podcast. I almost cannot believe you responded so promptly and lovingly. This makes total sense, for me it has always helped to regulate my anger once i have known the reasons why someone hurt me and explained their behaviors. But that has not lead to me not getting angry again if someone else did the same thing even after decades. Your wisdom made me shift the focus to self for the first time, until now it was focused on the other person. Now it bares my self to me. And you are so wise to tell us how to observe this self and it's conditioning. For me I got the answer for my anger, it's basically my own accumukated conditioning that lead to expectations from others, which was destined to fail and when they did, the identity got badly hurt. So basically every problem, in this enquiry of "self" is now coming back to my own conditioning and deeper thoughts about which behaviours can be changed, are emerging. This has automatically regulated me. When I saw how flawed my self identity is, as much as if not more than the other persons, it shifted my perspective. No one ever has been able to penetrate my mind to explain so beautifully. I thank you for this and my gratitude🙏❤️ To the listeners and the ones reading this, please understand the wisdom parted here and interact with Clare if you really want to get to the root cause of what problems we face and are tormented by, every day.

This is interesting. Actually you are in for a subtle "spiritual" delusion. Yes. That is delusional. Are you living 24/7 as Pure Being,, without any identification with your bodymind?? Answer honestly. Not when in isolation. But in society as you go about your business with interactions and stuff?? Are you as pure being? Every second? If you are honest,, your answer will be NO. You do still have attachments and you DO still have a bodymind. You might act or make believe you don't. But that will be hypocrisy. You do. And also,, do you NEVER get provoked or agitated by other people?? Never not even a single moment?? Obviously not again. If you are honest,, you'll say you DO get provoked. Now you remain centered. And you let,, it,, go. That agitation. Awareness helped. But even that is a subtle way of forgiving. Letting go is forgiving. This is just purely verbal hocus pocus. Intellectually thrilling oneself. The realisation is not there. Realisation of Being is different from intellectual understanding. And I think you have the latter.

I wonder if the term ‘insanity’, as commonly understood and which you use quite frequently in this clip, is helpful to an ‘identified’ person? For someone lost in programming, might not shame be added to their burden when hearing that suffering is indicative of madness, particularly since suffering is the means through which our innate health/wholeness/freedom is remembered?

This is such a phony analysis -- "even if you feel happy or get a relationship you're just going to cling to it and it's going to dissolve blah blah blah you just need to let go of all effort and control blah blah blah" Dear friends if you believe this rot you're a fool. Life happiness is based on finding real self-understanding, developing genuine relationships, meaningful work and meanwhile opening oneself to higher consciousness and the sacred. You can't just deconstruct everything with all this "nothing is stable" nonsense. That won't fix the imbalances in your personality and attitude.
@cosmofox Жыл бұрын
With respect, there are not that many people following your channel despite the number of videos on offer. The reason is that there is no real gnosis or realization here. It is just the usual philosophizing and deconstructing, which isn't going to help ordinary people in their struggle. You don't have the soulful depth psychological perspective nor a real knowing of consciousness that would embrace their humanity and open the way to a real gnosis. That's clear energetically. You're offering a kind of flat deconstruction of "mind" or thoughts, with the false promise that an ongoing dismantling and "giving up" of the mind is going to bring freedom. It won't.
