Another sweet memory from teenage years... 1 second is all I need and my brain instantly teleports me 35 years back. I knew this as "Sunset demo" back then. This one and the famous Ottifanten-Demo was all that was needed back then to become immortal as it seems... Aaaah, the late 80s...

The coder of this intro must have had C64 roots. Looks like a C64 clone intro. One of the earliest sine scrolltexts on the Amiga I guess.

No, it's a scrolltext. Actually, it's one wiiiiide bitplane that is just scrolled at different speeds by setting the pointer appropriately.

This was so stunning back then. Coming from the C64 and knowing about the hard scrolling limitations of the C64, we were totally stunned by this amount of text scrolling full screen in different speeds with lots of animations on top of it. Well played! 🎉
