after patiently listening to your story I don't think my boss is as toxic as yours but personally I don't like their behaviour as a senior they should behave little humbly and poilitely as I was a fresher in that particular company so i knew that fact that i need to suffer and i need to hear so many taunts from my seniors but now I became little good at my skill still they shout on me in front of others and I came home crying everyday.
