Why I don't use the NHS app: to get full access one needs to go through insane security measures. It's not enough to have NHS number, photo ID, home address, phone number, password - a face scan is required! All this merely to make appointments or to repeat prescriptions that one can do over the phone without this garbage.

You need a photo ID to log in, so an up-to-date Passport or driving licence UK or European, or you have to do it through your GP practice. That has prevented a huge amount of people from registering, I would think, as not everyone has a photo ID. The whole thing could be much easier. If you only want to book a repeat prescription, it is hardly worth the effort.

Very good. Please put the past code/password in the reminder letter. For those patients didn’t receive their first referral letter able to make appointments through the app or online. Thanks.

I have just been offered a procedure in 45 weeks time, the soonest available slot. This just shows the damage that those striking have caused. They became nurses and doctors to care for and help people - no compassion shown anymore - they make me sick, should be back in the hospitals doing their job !

Remember if you have programs like antivirus on your device they MONOTOR everything you type and every data displayed on screen 😅 and scan every file on your device (if your stomach operation report has suspicious bugs in it, it will sent the report to its servers in Klasinsy to be further analyzed by Chow Shu Ming Not only that but your device has apps (some hidden) and cookies and background scripts that are snooping around and relaying data to developers. EG check permissions that you have given to an app like whatsapp😮. Of course Google and Microsoft literally owns you . Its only a wuestion of yime when these companies have new Russian like owners and your data nbecomes public owned
