Can you increase the screen display brightness? Seem hard too see in the video. Looking at getting this bike as my first new rider bike.

No I can’t increase the brightness as far as I know but in person the brightness is fine but if you get the SE the display will be way better

Don't be too afraid of the throttle coming away from a stop. It's the clutch that will dictate how fast or slow you will take off. Like Robert Simmons (Be the Boss of your Motorcycle) teaches "Preload, trust and believe".

I just picked mine up yesterday...I had to ride 100 miles to get it home...I had so much fun...Metallic Mattte Whitish Silver/Metallic Moondust Gray...what a wierd name for a color combo but it looks reallly good. Congrats

Get yourself a rear paddock stand so you can lift your back tire. You can just spin your tire while you brush your chain so you get every spot. it'll make doing your oil changes way easier too in the future.

Thanks and it’s okay on the highway it can keep up fine but it’s pretty light so the wind pushes you around a lot also I recommend getting the taller windscreen as well.( you won’t really notice the wind until you hit 70+ mph)

It can keep up on the interstate with no problems but the bike is pretty light so the wind might push you around a lot on the interstate and I recommend getting the taller windscreen installed as well (but honestly you won’t really notice the wind until you get to 70+ mph)

We have a MSF course for motorcycle safety that we can take before we actually go to the dmv and take the test to get our endorsement

If you have a newer GOPRO you can actually turn on a setting called wind suppression, I suggest you look for a video that can help you to turn on that setting.

You good homie! That exhaust don't do you any favors because you can't get that note to help you know what to do! You need to know that the 2 wheels community is SO PUMPED to have a new rider out here putting money as well as love back in the community! Hell, I haven't been riding too long myself as an adult but the love is there. Only haters are going to complain about it and they don't count my guy! Great bike! Congratulations! I have owned Kawasaki’s in the past and they were great. I had the old school Ninja 500 for 4 years and put 40,000 miles on it. Please take the MSF motorcycle safety course, it will help keep you safe. Be safe, use your head and keep the shiny side up- the fun will follow.

hey man, just wanted to give some insight. the absolute first thing i would do is get rid of the long lanyard on your keys. could end up being very dangerous and was making me nervous the whole time lol. it could get caught on your brake or clutch lever or heck ever your handle bar and at a higher speed, would not end very well. other than that, great video, my girlfriend just got a ninja 500 and i was just checking out some videos. def got a new subscriber here!
