L’entità del rialzo dipende da tanti fattori… spesso viene impostato in laboratorio con priorità ricostruttive e testato in bocca… Quando sei tu a dover confezionare un jig in bocca segui alcune regole: intanto che il jig permetta la disclusione dei posteriori per poter far compiere al paziente dei movimenti di protrusiva e retrusiva liberi da interferenze dentali; poi rispetta uno spessore minimo tra i settimi posteriori qualora sia dedicato ad un bite o placca di svincolo (minimo 1,5 mm); può esser di più nei casi in cui hai perso molta dvo: lí dovrai seguire ad esempio le proporzioni dei terzi del viso e l’aspetto delle labbra e del terzo inf del viso… ovvio è sempre empirico e dettato da buon senso.

sir when do your assistant start mixing putty 1.) after u place light body over the tooth or at the same time u place light body over tooth? 2.)do u place light body over the tray again or light body is placed only on the tooth? 3.)is the use of light body only to record the margins in single step impression or it could also record the mesial/distal walls too ? awaiting your resoponse sir

I have never done immediate loading on a sinus lift... I always wait 6 to 9 months for the second surgical stage and for loading

Ciao!!! In realtà nelle preparazioni verticali come questa non vi è rilocazione alcuna (al limite una lucidatura se necessaria) quindi non devo ribasare!! A volte nelle prep. orizzontali se si esegue un chamfering importante dopo aver inserito il primo filo può esser necessario ribasare…

This is really amazing work, would like to know if you have such a demonstration regarding conventional orthognathic model surgery (Mock surgery) to fabricate intermediate and final surgical wafers.. I know currently most of surgeons are doing VSP and 3D printing the wafer but I have a special interest to do both conventional and current techniques. If you have that one please share it with me with great thanks.
