I disagree, and DON’T recommend this hotel, unfortunately NCL is affiliated to this hotel, though the location is central. A younger man at the front desk was rude, and didn’t want to assist with site seeing scheduling, when the pamphlets in their lobby, CLEARLY say to ask the front desk for AVAILABILITY. We asked for another luggage rack, because there is absolutely no where to put your luggage in the room, the bell hop never returned after asking for another luggage rack, so the three other luggage stayed on the floor! We only stayed two nights, like most cruisers do, but there were no dressers to unpack into! After waiting 40 minutes for him and having to call the lobby. There is 20 inch TV on the wall, next to a mini wall mounted frig. Late afternoon after returning from sightseeing, we had no hot water, 🫤 no wash cloths either. The beds are very VERY firm, and low. I heard this from other guests as well. Breakfast was very nice, food and service. The bartender Simon on upstairs bar is amazing!! Watch your steps going up to see the view, some of the metal stair frames are too high, and the tile is loose 🤷‍♀️ON THE STEPS going up 😟

Everything about this hotel is terrific. In a few weeks we will be there for our third consecutive yearly visit. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The property, the rooms, the staff, the breakfast and the location could not be better. To wake up each day in a comfortable and modern room--great lighting and fixtures--and then to open windows on to the Blvd. St. Germain and the church steeple is to be transported to paradise. Bravo! I only regret we did not Hotel Madison it sooner. We walked past it on many prior visits and wondered what it would be like to stay there. Then we did!

From 28 April to 3 May 2024 my wife and I went on vacation in Hot Springs, Arkansas. While there we stayed at the luxurious four-star Lookout Point Lakeside Inn in their “Kokomo Room”. This is a beautiful and highly romantic small 16 room boutique hotel located on Lake Hamilton that has the intimate feeling of a bed and breakfast, rather than the highly impersonal treatment you normally experience at a hotel. While surrounded by other lakeside hotels it is in a private little world of its own. Each morning you are treated to a different and free gourmet breakfast which you can have in your room at no extra charge. The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and comfortable with most having balconies overlooking the lake and the rear garden area. Unlike so many other places I have stayed, including other four-star hotels, this hotel does not nickel-and-dime you to death for things like bottled water and wi-fi and other normal hotel incidentals, all of which are complementary as part of the basic room charge for this Inn. The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I had the great pleasure of meeting and talking with Sam and Nancy, the owners of the Inn, and saw through our conversation their real desire toward making the best and most hospitable Inn in the Hot Springs area. In my 69 years on this planet, and being very well travelled, I have to say without a doubt this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

I visited this hotel on Mar 29th 2013. Had booked a non-smoking king room. Upon arrival, i was told that it has been given to another guest because it was a group booking & they had a smoking room with a king size bed or a non-smoking queen size. I said that wasn't fair on their part to which the staff replied "take it or leave it". This was my experience.... good or bad...you decide.
