It safe as long as long as the theme doesn't ask you for a license key or code then you are free to use ... I have been using this method for my clients too...

Before uploading a theme on WordPress, Firstly you need to Unzip its file and upload the theme (not the child theme) If you still have issues, you can connect with me on WhatsApp. (Link in the description)

Hey after designing the template, how do you deploy it into your phone? Is it possible? GREAT TUTORIAL BY THE WAY!!! :)

When you are done with your design, you can go ahead and download it as JPG Format, when it is done downloading, it will be saved in your phone .... And if you are using a PC, then when you are done designing, download it as JPG file Format and send it through your phone using either Bluetooth or USB.
