We're all busy just trying to make our way through life and it's difficult. I let people down all the time because i find i need time to myself and also struggle with my mental health. When i'm a good friend i put all of my energy into being a really good friend but I've always let my friends know that they need to be prepared for the day when i let them down - and its not their fault.

I dont like sharing personal things with people that I dont want repeated or used against me if the friendship ends. I've always been that way. That's why at 26, I cut ties from all my friends.
