8 minutes into the demo and I see so many aesthetic and styling blunders. They should fire the designers. I don't think they understand what style people who can afford such a place prefer.

Great project, everything was great except the powder room on ground floor. It should be full size bathroom as ground floor's bedroom would be used by grand parents mostly and they can not go upstairs all the time. Otherwise nice project. 👍👍👍

Please don’t call this luxury project.. it’s barely 2.5 bhk which these folks are selling as 3 bhk… the average old 2 bhk in this area is hardly 50-80 sq ft less than this…

1302 Sqft is not 2.5 BHK and you can’t compare 10 to 15 years old Carpets areas with current Carpet areas

@@nikhilmawale thanks for your inputs.. but 1302 is rera carpet not actual carpet.. so yes it’s technically not even 1302.. actual carpet is less by approx 150 sq ft. Yes it has to be compared with what is the standard flat size in the area old as well as new… even if I compare it with launches in the same area they have rera carpet area of 1440 plus.. it definitely not luxury project for the area.. you may call it premium but it’s definitely not luxurious..
