He does scale with EM on passive 2 and he is a most effective in quick bloom teams, however he has high atk% modifiers on his burst normal attacks, elemental skill and the base damage of duskstalker bolt is Atk as well, if your stat spread is way better on an Atk sands and you don't have SoSS there are build cases where Atk% out paces EM Sands. After all there is a reason SoSS gives you more atk not more EM on skill hits.

So I tried to humor this as much as I could TL;DR TF helps but its not a magic solution to low ER Cyno even with TF I need 10-15% more ER to have 100% burst uptime. I'm not rolling boxes or running the domain to stat fix 100:220 with another 10-20% ER over just getting my 30% Atk buff and 100% uptime by double electro. Getting as close to my original Gilded Dreams stats possible (2% less ER, 5% less CD, 10$ less CR) I found without 10-15% more ER than I have even TF is not a 100% uptime even hitting E as damage efficiently as possible, the damage is overall lower due to lower TF stats and losing about 450 atk (30% buff from Raiden, 150 Atk from Gilded) I could solve this by farming or by artifact boxing till my stats reach parity but that is both not guaranteed to happen and would take tons of resin. The hassle of attempting to stat fix over taking my 100% uptime, 30% party wide atk buff and free 150k-200k burst damage attack is not worth it as I would have to take a shot in the dark and get 100 over 200 at least, and get lucky enough to roll 10-15% more ER than my current Gilded Artifacts. Its not a practical use of resin and time to fix a problem I don't have in favorite team comp, for a damage gain I don't need

​@@putent9623 Alrighty I went back with TF and boxed some electro resistant enemies since we don't have high HP event bosses anymore, and we'll call it a skill issue on my part, I'm able to bring my burst back up on the E right after Pactsworn State ends consistently with 5% ER, roll a bonus here and there and I don't imagine I would even need that last E

So I tried a few iterations with Nahida and dropping Furina got me 14 second improvement on my best run However as it turns out this was just me getting better at the fight and not Nahida maximizing my DPS Being a low ER Cyno, I can't drop a second electro due to issues not having my burst up, can't drop Baizhu since no sustain (If you can no hit the fight Nahida is a huge power spike comparative to Baizhu here I'm just not skilled enough to no hit), and dropping Furina is a massive DPS Loss Cyno, Ei, Baizhu and Furina is just a much better team for me as a cleaner run of this fight with that comp shaved a massive 30 seconds off of my fight time. This, I must note, is for my team and personal preference I run low ER, double electro by choice. If you have enough ER on Cyno double Dendro is often better for full aggravate and quick bloom. I considered making a video about this but its would have been 1+ hours of just the vishap fight and essentially explaining personal preferences so instead have an essay of a reply lol.

I also don't know HI3 as a pvp game when I played the game last year I pretty much never encountered pvp. But I feel most games from that era were sparse for pity. E7 was like 120 (Don't even wanna talk about ML units) , I don't recall FGO adding pity until recent years and I don't remember Azur Lane having pity except for UR units but their drop rate is fairly high due to the nature of that game. I glad that pity systems have improved a lot in the recent years though. Old games like Valkyrie Crusade (RIP) were a nightmare for pulling since the model was money at all costs

@@ChaoDramon hi3 is a pvp leaderboard only where u don't fight player but whoever complete the fastest get's the most point that's kind of pvp hi3 has gurrentee character after 90 pull and gurrentee weapon on 60 pull and character banner has 4% rate where genshin and star rail is 0.5%

Well its good in general but not for my Cyno, my feather on Cyno is currently 6% ER, 37 EM, 31.1% CDmg and 3.5% CR, with overall CDmg/CR being 221.3/98.5 I would over cap crit and lose a bit of damage on average
