I think its a real shame that this game was not mad playable to everyone.

Well there are still some JRPGs that I have to play (Like Octopath Traveler 2) but I think I should be able to atleast name 5 JRPGs that are a 10/10 to me. -Tales of Berseria -Tales of Arise -Xenoblade Chronicles 3 -Xenoblade Chronicles 2 -Persona 5 Royal -Final Fantasy 16 Wow...I thought I had more than that to name.

Final Fantasy 16 was the first FF (non remake) that’s felt close to the glory days of FF to me. It had so much charm and lore put into it and I was enthralled in the game so much

Devil Survivor is truly goated, my favorite series from Shin Megami. I even got my little sister to play and she loves the game too ☺️💁🏿‍♂️

I remember picking up “Cold steel 1” for vita just because I wanted an RPG to play on my new hand held. It took forever to actually get hooked on it. I kept putting it down again and again. It wasn’t until I got a little ways past the first or second field study, that it started to click. At that point I bought it on steam because it had the boost and added more voice work. I blitzed the game at that point I was all in. I don’t have the gaming stamina I used to so I have only hit like 75% completion on like ‘cold steel 2” and 3 and 4 and zero and I haven’t even started Azure but I did start Reverie recently…….. I think I have a discipline problem. I’ve bought cold steel like 3 times now.

I'll speak of games I played. Trails of Cold Steel 3 was more enjoyable to me than 4, and Zero compared to Azure so we agree on that. Team Asano, Triangle Strategy is a 10, Can't speak on Octopath cause I've only played the demos for 1&2. My only gripe was how you rated Ys 9 but I get that most people view the game as a step down but I don't see it. And while I do have Yakuza 0-6 in my steam library, I've only played 0 and still trying to beat that. Chained Echoes, Unicorn Overlord, 13 Sentinels are masterpieces thought I'll give you that.

I had to quit because the Navigation/exploration part of the narrative gameplay it is almost non-sense... I applaud their efforts but i think the visual novel genre should always expone itself when there is no true simulation factor that actually change the narrative since the narrative is stricly straight forward exposition... In the other hand the tactic gameplay is good but still not felt like it was a solid implementación of all the systems they bring to the table.
