One of my favorite resorts, truly an unbelievable accomplishment. Gotta correct Steve on one thing, he said his collection of shops was more dense than anywhere else in the world, but Rome absolutely has him beat. That's ok though, he was bursting with excitement and just like a good fishing story, we all gotta stretch it now and then. It's sad his reputation went down hill, but we can't ignore his accomplishments while accepting his downfalls.

Steve Wynn is the father of modern day las Vegas. I remember going to Vegas for the very first time in July 98 before Bellagio opened and looking at how beautiful and massive it was. And fast forward to 2023 and I’m still blown away

Losing them was an end of a era. We moved back to Vegas when I was 6 in 1990 and I grew up with their names in lights I always thought there would be time to see their show but I had kids young and my husband was military so we had moved to far away NC and then, right before the birth of my youngest, Roy was attacked by his tiger and the show was closed. Such a loss.

LOL this was the 1980s. Not sissy, wussy, I'm telling on you, I want to be center-of-attention because I'm different, 2023. If you told the police or a lawyer this in the 80s, their response would have been, first they would have straight up laughed at you for bringing something so stupid to their attention. Then they would say to stand up for yourself and fight back like a real American! Totally different world, this country went down the you know what, and it's never coming back.

This would've been a really beautiful Resort and Casino in Las Vegas if it had happened. I hope they start working on the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas soon. It would be nice to see it open. January 2023 EDIT: Construction has continued again. May 2023 Edit: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is planned to open on December of 2023! December 13, 2023 Edit: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is now open! 🎉
